How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery to UK Mainland is always free.
Shipping to other destinations is calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 working days of purchase.
Larger or fragile antique items may require additional preparation time to ensure safe and secure packaging.
Please note that deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
Shipping Exclusions
If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or parcel locker locations, as tracking and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
If your item appears damaged, contact us within 48 hours or 2 working days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Any transport-related damage must be reported both to the courier and to Antique Endeavors within this time frame.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom by an experienced antique dealer.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Import duties and taxes vary by country and item type and are applied once a shipment reaches its destination.
Many genuine antiques over 100 years old may qualify for reduced or zero import duty, depending on local regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information.
Antique Endeavors cannot control or predict customs charges and is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied by your country.
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are not subject to import duties, as all items are shipped domestically.
Whole Shipment
We do not offer partial shipments. Orders will be dispatched once all items in your purchase are ready for delivery.
