Antique 8" Border Tile Floral Tubelined Tile C1900

This is a lovely art nouveau border tile in a floral design made around 1900. I believe it might be Belgian, but I am unsure; I can't identify it.
Unsure about who the maker is.

The tile is in very good condition for its age, with small chips around the edges and surface marks.
It measures 8" x 8".

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, interesting is that it has two reference numbers: N.165 and G.87. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
