The tile is part of my collection and there is only one available.
This is a beautiful and rare tile featuring a hand-painted Landscape design showing a bridge with houses in the background.
The tile was made around 1760 in the Dutch city of Rotterdam and it is decorated with an 'octagon' shaped border and 'feathered' corner motifs.It has a trimmed corner, chips around the edges as well as surface marks.
It measures approximately 5" x 5" (13.2cm x 13.2cm) square.
A very rare tile to be found. It will complement any tile collection.
