Antique Dutch Delft Blue & White Hand Painted Lakeside Tile

This is a beautiful and rare tile featuring a hand-painted Landscape design that shows two people standing next to a gate leading to a house near a lake.
The tile was made around 1760 in the Dutch city of Rotterdam and it is decorated with an 'octagon' shaped border and 'feathered' corner motifs.
It has chipped corners, chips around the edges, and surface marks, as well as other imperfections.
It measures approximately 5" x 5" (13.2cm x 13.2cm) square.
A very rare tile to be found. It will complement any tile collection.
