Antique Fireplace Tile Floral Majolica Green Glaze T & R Boote Ltd C1906

This is a superb embossed majolica tile with a triple flower design in green glaze. Made by T & R Boote Ltd around 1906.

It has been registered for 09-05-1906, with the number 478825.

The tile is in very good condition for its age, with a few tiny chips around the edge and light surface marks.

It measures 6" x 6" square.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number C.260. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
