Antique Fireplace Tile Hand Painted C1890

This tile is hand-painted and was used as a trivet before.
I believe this is painted by one of the Royal Doulton painters, but I can't identify it.
The blank used is very similar to one of Wedgewood's blanks.

The tile is in very good condition, with chips and nibbles around the edges, surface marks and discolouration.

It measures 6" x 6" square.
