The tile is part of my collection, and there is only one available.
This is a very beautiful and quite rare embossed majolica tile featuring a circular floral pattern design on a dark green background made by Henry Richards around 1905.It has a registered number 470415 which dates back to 1905.
The tile is in very good condition, with some chips around the edges and light surface marks.
It measures 6" x 6" square.
It comes in the original condition as found and sold as seen.
These types of tiles besides their value as rare collectible items, they are also viable to be used for architecture like restoration of an old fireplace, placed as an replacement for a tile from the wall, or just framed and hanged on a wall for decoration.
