Up for sale is this superb and rare antique fireplace tile by T & R Boote, made C1905-08.The tile has a superb moulded design in a lovely floral design and is probably part of a panel run.The tile has two trimmed corners for the original fittings.
This tile comes from the personal collection of Robert Smith, the author of the "Art Nouveau Tiles with Style" books.
This tile is the one featured in the book "Art Nouveau Tiles With More Style" on page 35, position 851.
Measuring 6" x 6" (15 cm x 15 cm).
