Antique Fireplace Tile Relief Moulded Floral Majolica Minton Hollins & Co C1890

This is a superb and rare majolica tile with a high-relief moulding floral design on a green background, made by Minton Hollins & Co. around 1890.
It is in very good condition for its age, with small chips around the edges and surface marks.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number D.96. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.

It measures 6" x 6" square.
