Antique Fireplace Tile Yellow Floral Majolica by Mintons China Work C1900

This is a superb and rare embossed majolica tile with a floral design, made by Mintons China Work around 1900.

It is in very good condition for its age, with tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.

It measures 6 x 6" square and 1.3cm in thickness.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number N.56. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
