Art Nouveau Fireplace Tile Blue Glaze Majolica Floral Design Marsden C1904

This is a very beautiful embossed majolica tile with a floral design in blue glaze, made by Marsden around 1904.
It has been registered for 25-11-1904, with the number 445706.

The tile is in very good condition for its age, with tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.

It measures 6" x 6" square.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number C.135. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
