Technique: Embossed Majolica.
Maker: T & R Boote Ltd.
Date: 1890 (circa).

This is a very rare and beautiful embossed majolica tile with a very unusual floral design, made by T & R Boote Ltd around 1890.

The tile is in very good condition for its age, with tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.

It measures 6" x 6" square.
