Art Nouveau Fireplace Tile Red Triple Flower Majolica by T & R Boote Ltd C1905

This is an embossed majolica tile with a triple flower design on a dark red background, made by T & R Boote Ltd around 1905.
The tile seems to have lost from its contrast due to age and wear, but its still in good condition with tiny chips on the edges and surface marks.

It measures 6" x 6" square.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number D.467. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
