Arts & Crafts Fireplace Minton Tile Farm Animals Series by W P Simpson C1880 AE2

This is a beautiful transfer-printed tile depicting sheep in a barn.
Designed by W P Simpson for Minton Hollins & Co around 1880.
The tile comes from the "Farm Animals" series.

It measures 6" x 6" square.

The tile has some light damage in the glaze like crazing and a chip, as well as other tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.
