Arts & Crafts Tile Bull Spiked Guard Minton Hollins & Co Design WP Simpson C1885

This tile is part of a series of 20 tiles called "Animals" designed and signed by WP Simpson for Minton Hollins & Co in 1885.
This particular tile is pattern number 1675H, representing a bull with spiked nose guard.
It is in very good condition for its age, with tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.

The tile is 6" x 6" (15.4cm x 15.4cm) square and 1cm thick.
