Arts & Crafts Tile Dog with Duck Minton Hollins & Co Design by WP Simpson C1885

This tile is part of a series of 20 tiles called "Animals", designed and signed by WP Simpson for Minton Hollins & Co. in 1885.
This particular tile is pattern number 1684H, representing the dog Poodle with a duck in its mouth.
It is in very good condition for its age, with small chips around the edges and surface marks.

The tile is 6" x 6" (15.4cm x 15.4cm) square and 1cm thick.
