This is a beautiful embossed majolica tile featuring a floral design not seen often in a green/blue colour palette on a cream background made by Corn Bros around 1905.
It is in good condition for its age with crazing in the glaze, small chips around the edges and surface marks.
It measures 6” x 6” square.
These type of tiles besides their value as rare collectible items, they are also viable to be used for architecture like restoration of an old fireplace, placed as an replacement for a tile from the wall, or just framed and hanged on a wall for decoration.
