Art Nouveau Fireplace Tile Green Floral Majolica by John Barratt C1907

This is a very rare and beautiful embossed majolica tile with a floral design on a green background, made by John H Barratt around 1907.
It is in near-perfect condition, with light surface marks and a few tiny chips around the edge.

It measures 6" x 6" square.

The tile comes from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and has the number D.260. If you want to know more about this tile you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about it.
