Pair Of Vintage Decorative Ceramic Transfer Printed Tiles Storks Maw & Co C1950

This is a beautiful and rare pair of transfer-printed tiles depicting storks in a swamp, made by Maw & Co around 1950.
The tiles are near-perfect, with tiny chips around the edges and surface marks.

Each tile measures 6" x 6" square.

The tiles come from the Roger Hensman Tile Collection, and have the numbers A.450 and A.451. If you want to know more about these tiles you can contact TACS (Tiles and Architectural Ceramics Society), give them the reference number, and they can offer more information about them.
