The panel is part of my collection, and only one is available.
This is a stunning and exceptionally rare panel of four Portuguese Azulejo tiles from the 17th century, featuring a great floral design in blue, white and yellow, all glued to a frame.The frame has a hanger on the back for hanging on a wall.
All the tiles from the panel show signs of age, such as chips on the edges and surface, crazing in the glaze, and light discolouration. It also indicates man-made defects like paint and trimming.
Each tile measures around 13.5cm x 13.5cm, making the panel 27cm square.
