Up for sale is this superb hand-painted over transfer print pair of panel tiles manufactured by The Decorative Art Tile Co C. 1880
Each panel is made from two tiles and measures 6" by 12".
The tiles are in good condition, with just some wear on the surface and chips and nibbles around the edges.
The designs appear in the book Glazed & Decorative Tiles, The Decorative Art Tile Co.Ltd By Bryan Street, Hanley.
The book is not included in the sale.
