Victorian Sterling Silver Top Inkwell Cut Glass by Henry Matthews 1899

This inkwell is marked by Henry Matthews and is in excellent condition for its age.
The design adds a touch of elegance to any desk or collection.
The antique piece was assayed in Birmingham in 1899.
The lid has small dents, and is engraved with the initials "F S".
