Antique Chessmen Boxwood Chess Set AE1

A complete set of Regency pattern chess set, possibly French in a vintage pine slide-top box.

The approximate size of the King is 7.4cm.

A pawn and bishop have some damage.

The set is complete & comes in a dark brown stained wooden box with a sliding lid(not sure if original).
The pieces are made of boxwood, ebonised, and in good condition; the box has some old damage, although the sliding lid still works.
