Pair of Art Deco Bronze Book Ends French Cold Painted Swallows on Marble C1930

This is a gorgeous pair of antique brass bookends, circa 1930, with a Swallow bird design on a black marble base.
They are in excellent condition for their age, with signs of age and wear; they will need good polishing.

Although they are made as bookends, they make lovely ornaments in their own right and can easily be used as separate gifts.

Each measures approximately 9.2cm H x 9.6cm W without the marble and 11cm H x 11cm W with the marble.
Their total weight is 1326 grams.
