This is a pair of Japanese Cloisonne Goldstone combo vases depicting beautiful Chidori flying over waves made during the Meiji period around 1900.
I was not able to find more examples like these.
They are in good condition, with visible signs of age and usage and manufacturing imperfections and surface marks.One vase has a small crack near the base.
Each measures approx. 18.5cm H x 9cm in diameter.
