The exterior is in good condition with an engraved cartridge. End marked "Sterling Silver / Life-Long".
Worn rubber interior marked 'Pat 439906, Made in England'.
It is a collector's item, suitable for use.
The pencil is in working condition.

It measures about 10cm long.
