Victorian Solid Silver Cayenne Pepper Pot With Spoon 1891

The Victorian pot has a small spoon for scooping out the cayenne pepper, which was expensive, so it was used sparingly. Despite its age, it is in very good condition.
The pot has a distinctive mark from Birmingham by Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd.

Hallmarks: Birmingham mark, letter "r"-1891

It measures about 4.7cm x 2.1cm in diameter.
