An antique sterling silver bowl made by George Nathan and Ridley Hayes in Chester, 1900.
The bowl features detailed work, two scenes, one depicting a pair of game birds, possibly pheasants or partridges, and the other a family of rabbits, in a naturalistic setting with foliage and grasses, and a blank cartouche for personalisation.
The bowl is supported by three legs, has a scalloped edge, and has a lustrous finish.
