Antique Victorian Skirt Lifter Brass Fyfe Patent Anchor Design

This is a beautiful and rare Victorian Skirt Lifter in the "Fyfe" patent made of brass with an Anchor design. The clips have "Patent" written on them.
I was not able to find other examples like this, possibly one of a kind.

It is in good original condition with visible signs of age and usage. Sold as seen.

It measures approx. 13.2cm long.
