This pair of Edwardian silver barman's tongs features a design that allows for operation by pinching the tabs at the top, thereby opening the claws while keeping the user's fingers away from the lifted items.The tongs were produced in three sizes: the largest is suitable for ice cubes, while the medium and small sizes are intended for lemon wedges or other drink additions.They can also function as a pair of sugar tongs.
