This is a stunning and unique antique sterling silver and mother of pearl (MOP) fruit knife with a great design depicting bees around a bee hive.

Maker: John Newton & Co.

Hallmarks: Sheffield, letter "g" - 1830.

Excellent condition.
No damage to the mother of pearl.
The dual folding spring mechanism is in perfect working order.
Good clear hallmarks.

It measures approx. 8.1cm long closed and 14.8cm open.
