Novelty Antique Silver Pepper Pot/Pepperette Beer Tankard Chester 1901

This novelty antique silver pepper pot, made in the style of a traditional beer bowl, dates from 1901 and is from Chester.
It was made by the esteemed silversmiths Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders and James Francis Hollings (commonly called Frank) Shepherd.
The cap fits securely, enhancing its practical use.
