Set of Victorian Sterling Silver Boat Open Salt Dishes & Spoons 1899

This is an amazing set of four Victorian open salt dishes in the shape of a boat with an English Gadroon design and four spoons with a shell design all made out of Sterling Silver that come in a case with blue velvet made by Hogg & Shaw Goldsmiths & Jewellers.

Maker: Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd

Hallmarks: Birmingham, letter "Z" - 1899

Each open salt dish measures approx. 8.7cm W x 3.4cm D x 3.5cm H.
Each spoon measures approx. 6cm long.

Total weight: 77 grams.

They are in very good condition for their age with the spoons having some slight bends.
