Sterling Silver Cruet Set Five Piece by Francis Howard Ltd 1968 with Case

This is an exquisite and exceptionally rare five-piece cruet set composed of a salt, a pepper, a lidded mustard pot, a mustard spoon, and a salt spoon. All of them are made of sterling silver, and they come in their original cases.
The pieces have blue glass inside them.
The spoons have separate hallmarks but are still made by the same maker.

All the pieces have silver hallmarks present.

Maker: Francis Howard Ltd.

Hallmarks:

      - Spoons: Sheffield, letter "A" - 1968.
  • The salt, pepperette and lidded mustard pot: Birmingham, letter "u" - 1969.

Their measurements are as follows:

  • Mustard Spoon 7.5cm long.
  • Salt Spoon 8.1cm long.
  • Salt 7.5cm long x 5.8cm wide x 4.2cm high.
  • Pepperette 7.2cm high x 4.5cm wide x 2.7cm deep.
  • Mustard Pot 11cm long x 5.7cm wide x 6.8cm high.

Total weight including glass: 434 grams, of which silver is 223 grams.

They are all in excellent condition with signs of age and light signs of usage.

They come in the original condition as found and sold as seen.
