Sterling Silver Hat Ring Tray Mexican Sombrero

This is a fantastic and well-crafted Hat Ring Tray shaped like a Sombrero hat made out of 925 sterling silver from Mexico.
It has a great floral pattern on both sides and what seems to be an eagle with open wings in the middle part.
It has Mexican silver hallmarks on the verso, but I'm unsure about its age and maker.

It measures approximately 5.5cm H x 17cm in diameter.

Total weight: 82 grams.

It is in very good condition with visible signs of age and usage like light dents and surface scratches.
It will need a good polishing.
