Victorian Brass Ecclesiastical Wax Seal Matrix Bishop's Mitre RC
This brass wax seal matrix has an engraved bishop’s mitre above the initials RC. The design is cut in reverse to produce a correctly orientated impression in sealing wax.
The original screw-in handle is missing. The threaded socket remains present. There is surface wear, scratching and aged patination.
