This exquisite combination of a fountain pen and a silver ruler from Sampson Mordan & Co. is a true collector's gem, offering functionality and style.
Many Sampson Mordan items come with no hallmarks, and this one is not marked but has been acid-tested for silver.

It is in good condition for its age, with visible signs of age and usage (with minor dings and scratches).
Has missing one of the knobs which push the dip pen out, but that will be an easy fix at a jeweller.
