This pencil is quite unusual as it has been gilded over with probably a high-grade gold; it will say 22ct, but not sure.The pencil is fully working; it slides down to extend the nozzle with the ring slider, and to propel the lead, you turn the nozzle.It is in excellent condition, as good as you will find, there are no dings or dents, and it has a smooth action both sliding down and propelling.
