An Edwardian sterling silver pin cushion modelled as a lace-up boot or shoe.
The silver body has embossed details on the laces, toe cap, stitching, and folded leather sections. The top is fitted with a green fabric cushion.
Fully hallmarked for Samuel M Levi, Birmingham, 1909. Also marked with registration number RD 556969.
Condition
Good antique condition with age-related wear.
Some surface marks, tarnish and small dents to the silver.
The green fabric cushion shows wear, fading and darkening.
There is rubbing around the base and raised areas.
