Rare Antique Fireplace Tile by Minton Hollins & Co, Hamlet with Skull of a Shakespearian series.
A series of 13 transfer-printed tiles. 12 scenes from the plays and 1 portrait of Shakespeare.

Produced as both 6 and 8-inch tiles. c1875-1880.
In fantastic condition for the age.

This is a very rare colour to be found.
