Antique Fireplace Goldfinch Tile Sherwin and Cotton C1880-1890s

This lovely tile is up for sale.
The technique used on this tile is a print and tint.
We have removed it from a fireplace.
As you can see in the pictures, there is a bit of stain in the glaze on the side.

Measuring 6" square.

People often used this tile to decorate fireplace surrounds and other areas in homes and buildings.
