Antique Pair of Mintons Stags Block Printed Tile Medieval Style C1891

This beautiful set of block-printed tiles is available for sale featuring two stags in a medieval style.

The tiles are in excellent condition, with some small chips and nibbles around the edges.
The backs are clean and feature an embossed Mintons China Works Stoke on Trent and the pattern number 1785, which indicates their registration date.

These tiles can be found in sheet 17 of Mintons Tiles and were designed as border tiles, with three 6-inch tiles above and below, creating a wide border effect.
