Antique Tin Glaze Tile 8" Hand-Painted

I couldn't find anything about this tile, unknown maker and year.
It appears to have the maker's signature on the down-right corner but can't make out who it is.

The tile is in good condition with some chips and nibbles around the edges, and light surface marks
It measures 8" x 8".
