Arts & Crafts Moulded Majolica Burmantofts Fireplace Tile 1880 - 1904

These lovely antique Art Nouveau Arts & Crafts tiles by Burmantofts feature a press-moulded design of stylised leaves and flowers.

The colour is brown.

Tiles of this nature were used in commercial and municipal tiled wall schemes (town halls, banks, insurance company HQs).

It is in good condition with only some surface marks and a chip on the edge.

It measures 6" x 6".
