Antique Solid Silver Combination Vesta Case Snuff Box French Hunting Scene C1850

This unique antique silver case opens in two ways, featuring a snuffbox and a Vesta case combination.

It is adorned with hunting decorations above and floral designs below and has a gold-washed interior.

This box is of exceptional quality, with open-top lids.
The hinges and exterior trim are in excellent antique condition, displaying a lovely patina and a pleasing tactile sensation.

It has markings on the lid near the corner and two more on the inside.
The quality of this piece is superb.

It is part of my collection.
