This cigar cutter made of sterling silver was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1971.
The cutter was manufactured by S J Rose & Son and is in good working condition.
It has no damage and opens and closes manually. The cutter blade is made of steel.

Hallmarks: Birmingham mark, letter "W"-1971.

It measures about 1.6cm x 5.2cm long when closed.

It will need a good cleaning. It comes in the original conditions as found.
