Antique Tile Minton Hand-painted Very Rare Tile C1900

Up for sale is this superb antique hand-painted tile.

I believe that the tile is painted on a Minton blank, most probably by one of Doulton's artists.

The artist's name and possible address are in handwritten text on the back.

The tile is 6 x 6 inches square.

The tile is in excellent condition, with just a few nibbles around the edge and some light scratches on the surface.

A very rare tile to be found. Will complement any tile collection.
