Antique Crisford & Norris Sterling Silver Monkey Wax Seal Birmingham 1905

This is an extremely rare Edwardian solid silver novelty seal from a Monkey holding a wooden branch by Crisford & Norris.
It was hallmarked for Birmingham in 1905.
The stamp is engraved with the initials.
The manufacturer's mark cannot be seen entirely because it is covered by the right arm.

Maker: Crisford & Norris

Hallmarks: Birmingham mark, letter "f"-1905

It measures about 6.7cm H x 1.6cm D and 1.8cm seal in diameter.

It is in excellent condition for its age.
It will need a good cleaning. It comes in the original conditions as found.
