This is a rare Edwardian solid silver novelty seal made as a Rooster by Sampson Mordan & Co Ltd.
It is hallmarked for Chester 1912.
The stamp is engraved with the initials.

Maker: Sampson Mordan & Co Ltd

Hallmarks: Chester mark, letter "M"-1912

It measures about 2.6cm H x 1.7cm W x 1.6cm, and the seal is in diameter.

It is in excellent condition for its age.
It will need a good cleaning. It comes in the original conditions as found.
