British Empire Exhibition 1924 Silver Plate & Enamel Vesta Case - Red Lion

I have come across an antique silver-plated vesta case that commemorates the British Empire Exhibition of 1924 held at Wembley. The vesta features a striking red lion applique in gold and blue enamel and has a recessed base for match striking. Additionally, it comes with a suspension ring for attaching a chain and is curved to fit comfortably in one's pocket.

Condition is commensurate with its age and usage.
It measures approx. 5.5cm x 4cm x 1cm.
This is a rare-to-find vesta case with the red enamelled Lion.
